All dito E-bikes are shipped with a 12 months warranty from the date of production (not including tire and fender). This period can be extended to a period of 36 months by the purchase of Extended Warranty cover.
Our company warrants that the E-bike shall be free from any defect or damage for a period of 12 months from the date of production. And offers a return to base repair policy on all units outside the Dead on Arrival (DOA) period as shown in the ‘Spares and DOA’ section.
If a product is deemed to have a defect or damage within the appropriate 12 months period (or the purchased extended warranty period) then the customer should contact Sales providing a description of the fault, defect or damage.
