DITO could only ship to USA, UAE and Part of European countries: Belgium, Czech Republic、Poland、Lithuania、Hungary、Luxembourg、Austria、France、Italy、Germany、Netherlands、 Slovenia、Slovakia、Romania、 Denmark、Ireland、Sweden、Bulgaria、Croatia、Finland、Portugal、Spain、Greece; the other countries are not included in our shipping area for now. If your shipping address is a Military or P.O. Box shipping address, we need shipping your order by using EMS, for other shipping methods couldn’t accept the Military and P.O. Box shipping address.

Orders Processing Time
We take 1~2 business days for processing orders and upload tracking number within 48 Hours.
The shipping time usually takes 5-7 days business days, depends on local delivery speed and weather, which we cannot fully control. When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Once your order has been paid, you need to cancel your order within 8 hours before our warehouse handle your order. We do not offer cancellation once parcel have been sent out. If you are cancelling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used.

Shipments containing ebikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended, although starting with the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.
Dito ships using UPS, DPD in EU , FedEx and UPS is USA, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.
Refused Shipments – Flat Fee.
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of €100/pc to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less €100/pc.
Please note that during this special period, our shipping times may be longer than indicated as the changing COVID-19 restrictions has affect our delivery services.
